Steven Stein
Owner/Contractor
10+ Years of Experience
Steven is the reason All-American Comfort exists. He is the workhorse and the man that keeps things running smoothly at All-American Comfort. Steven’s accomplishments and certifications are as follows: HVAC Journeyman, HVAC Contractor, Indoor Air Quality certified, EPA certified, Certified Service and install technician.
Steven’s hobbies are playing golf, softball, and spending time with his wife and two children, as well as riding his motorcycle in his free time.
Steven has many strengths from his experience in the HVAC industry which include a great work ethic, being a team leader, and role model. His extensive training in troubleshooting and diagnostics has prepared him for the service industry. Customer service is his top priority and strives to get better every day.
From new system installs, service work, and maintenance he is confident that he can help you make the best decision for your HVAC system. He enjoys going to work and looks forward to helping the Altus community when in need.
Kelby & Rebecca Hagerla
Co-Owner/General Manager
Kelby and Becca have been a part of the Altus community for thirteen years. Becca has a BS in Business Administration from Presbyterian College and a Master’s in Education from Grand Canyon University. Kelby has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration from Park University. Kelby just retired a Lt Col from the United States Air Force, and he’s a First Officer for Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Kelby has 25 years of experience in running successful businesses, and he is a very hard worker. He works alongside Steven and Becca with the Business operations. Becca brings 20 years of experience in Accounting, Sales, and Marketing. Becca does all the Accounting and Marketing for All-American Comfort, as well as assists with daily operations.
In his free time, Kelby enjoys playing pickleball, snowboarding, wakeboarding, spending time with his family, and volunteering at church. In her free time, Becca enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing, water skiing, spending time with family, and volunteering at school and church.
Brookelyn Hasty
Office Manager
Brookelyn was born and raised in Altus, Oklahoma and graduated from Navajo High School. She has an Associates Degree from Western Oklahoma State College. Brookelyn runs the day to day to operations including answering phones and running dispatch.
Brookelyn has two beautiful children: Ledger is 7 years old, and Brynleigh is a year old. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and playing slow pitch softball.
Kanyon Sadler
Journeyman
Kanyon is EPA certified and has four years of HVAC experience along with a year of education in HVAC at the Great Plains Technology Center. He worked 4 years in the oil field previously where he learned to withstand long hours and improve his work ethic.
Kanyon enjoys going to the gym, hunting, shooting hoops, and hanging out with his family.
Kanyon has a lot of confidence from elaborate training in the field from fellow journeymen to guarantee you have the best experience and most quality service. He looks forward to taking care of you and the well-being of the Altus and surrounding communities.
Jeremiah Martinez
Journeyman
Jeremiah is an accomplished HVAC technician with more than 20 years of experience working on residential, light commercial and industrial air conditioning units no bigger than 20 tons. Jeremiah is knowledgeable in various types and brands of air conditioning units, including their components, installation methods and maintenance requirements. He is a detail-oriented individual who pays close attention to client’s needs and strives to go over and above to provide service that meets their satisfaction.
In his free time, he enjoys working and hanging out with friends and family.
Tyler Martinez
Journeyman
Tyler was and raised in Altus, Oklahoma and attended Altus High School. He started his HVAC journey when he was 16 years old.
Tyler showcases great knowledge in the HVAC industry and his experience speaks volumes. Tyler has 12+ years working in the industry and continues to adapt with the new technologies.
He is certified in HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics, refrigeration, natural gas piping and sheet metal.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling Oklahoma to try new fishing spots. He also enjoys hiking and seeing all the wildlife on the trails.
